Return Policy:
We are 100% Confident that you will LOVE our Products. Should You for any reason be dissatisfied by our products you can return them for a Full Refund Minus the Shipping Costs if the Unused item is returned to our US or India location in the same condition within 7 Days of Delivery. If no shipping was charged then a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. The shipping charges or the 20% fee will only be refunded if there is an error on Indian Selection's part as far as size or other significant detail. This will help us avoid potential refunds abuse problem and keep our costs low, savings that we pass on to customers.
Please follow the following instructions when returning an item
- Please contact us before returning an Item as the returns address is different from the company address or the address from where the items are shipped from. Indian Selections is not responsible for any packages that are returned without prior approval and/or to an address other than the returns address which is provided upon approval.
- The item should be unused and returned within 7 days of the delivery. For returns after 7 days there is a 20% deduction. No refunds or exchanges after 14 days.
- The item should be returned along with its original packaging.
- NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED FOR Improperly packaged returns. Custom made items such as Custom blouses, Custom made Dresses, which were manufactured to a customers specifications, are not returnable. Extra Wide Curtains (curtains more than 43 Inches wide) or curtains whose lengths are less than 63 Inches or greater than 100 Inches are also not refundable. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR THESE ITEMS.

Shipping Policy:
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipment Tracking number will be emailed once the item is shipped. We request you to provide your phone number along with your address to prevent any shipping delays. Deliveries to PO Boxes and addresses without phone numbers will take longer.

A: We usually ship out the orders within 7 - 8 Business days of clearing of the Payment. In rare cases it will take us longer. The transit times is usually 4 - 5 days.
Q: Why does it take 7 - 8 days to process the order?
A: Most of our products are custom made. We make the product after the order is placed and payment is received, because of this it takes us 7 - 8 days.
Q: I want the items earlier than 7 - 8 days Can I get it ?

Q: Do you provide a tracking number?
A: In most cases we email out the tracking number once the product is shipped. In rare instances we might not be able to provide you with the tracking information because the courier company in that country doesnt track shipments.
Q: What about insurance. Is my merchandise insured in transit?

Q: Will there be any color difference with my order than what is shown in the website?
A: The color might vary a little due to many factors like the display setting of each computer,the kind of lighting used while taking the photos and so many other factors.However these differences are negligible.
Q: How can you make extra wide curtains ?
A: The standard width of the fabric is usually 44 Inches wide. To make curtains wider than that we use 2 panels and stitch them together. So for exmple if you need curtains with width of 60 Inches, we will take 2 panels and cut each in 30 Inches width and stitch them together to give you an effective width of 60 Inches. The curtains will have a seam in the middle.
